At people + culture geekery we believe every company should have a culture strategy, and that strategy needs to be owned by the person or team at the 'top'. This is a genuine people & culture approach, not a traditional HR approach, because most of the time, traditional HR doesn't suit progressively-minded fast-growing SMEs.
We work with you to understand the unique nature of your business, what your ideal culture looks like and how near, or far away from that you are from that. We can help you to embed culture into your business strategy and make a plan to ensure your culture thrives as you grow. We understand the opportunities, pressures and limitations of fast-growing SMEs and we know that you don't have time for complex work on the 'people agenda'. That's exactly why you should do the basics of culture design and get some of the foundations in place now - because it will help you to navigate the next stages of growth when it's essential you get and keep the right people, and have them all pulling together to achieve your strategy, and aligned with your purpose.
We work flexibly according to your needs, and can be an advisor in the background, work with your leadership team or be drafted in with our sleeves rolled up and do the work alongside you. We can be a fractional member of your team, or a NED. In short, we don't have a one-size-fits all approach because every business needs something different.
